Floyd R. Davis, Jr., President & CEO

With a heart for social justice and a mind for strategic business management, Floyd Davis is celebrating his 20th year as president and CEO of Community Link. Community Link has transformed through his leadership from a local agency into a regional not-for-profit powerhouse that helps individuals and families obtain safe, decent, and affordable housing.  Davis has served as CEO for four other non-profits during his career, including United Way in Flint, Mich., and in Winston-Salem, N.C. He holds a B. S. in Accounting and Business Administration from Norfolk State University in Virginia.

Tameka Gunn, Chief Program Officer

Tameka Gunn supervises Community Link’s program management team and ensures the quality of all Community Link services. She earned her Master of Public Administration degree from Strayer University and has worked with Community Link for more than a decade. She is also a board member with the Becky Nelson New Beginnings Foundation.

Angela Cavender, Chief Administrative Officer

Angela Cavender provides essential administrative support to the board and leadership team at CommunityLink to ensure all operations function smoothly. Her responsibilities include retaining agency records, organizing meetings and maintaining effective communications.
