Our Programs

We provide a continuum of housing services for individuals and families, from those who are homeless or housing insecure to those who are considering homeownership. We offer services that help people across the housing spectrum.

Our goal is to help every customer obtain and sustain safe, decent and affordable housing so they can become financially stable and independent.

Homeless to Housing

Our Homeless to Housing program focuses on solutions to get people into safe, decent housing. We utilize a housing-first approach to ensure all customers are housed as soon as possible:

Rental Assistance: this is rent assistance and support for rapid rehousing and permanent supportive housing. Our clients for these services typically include individuals and families, veterans, people with disabilities, and very-low-income families.

Travelers Aid: a relocation service to a safe, supportive location. These e-services are typically offered to survivors of domestic violence or human trafficking, people who have suffered a medical crisis, or individuals leaving jail.

Contact us today if you need are in need of any of these services.

After securing stable safe housing, we encourage all of our Homeless to Housing customers to take enter our Asset Building program. However, anyone can take advantage of the Asset Building program.

Asset Building

Our asset building program provides classes and counseling services for individuals and families to become—and stay—a homeowner:

After taking Get the Facts and paying for the Financial Empowerment program, you will gain access to additional classes on how to access down payment assistance, improve credit scores, and make smart choices when choosing a home and a lender. Classes also cover the ongoing costs of homeownership, such as mortgage payments, insurance, and maintenance. We offer one-on-one counseling sessions for customers throughout the home-buying process.
